Pricing
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate charges will be shown.
Our prices are reviewed periodically.
Ordering
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement via email, detailing the products you have ordered.
Your order is an offer to us to purchase the product specified in the order. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the product. To view the order status, please go to the Customer Account section of our site. Here you will be able to view whether or not your product has been dispatched. When we dispatch the product the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has not been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (maximum of 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.*

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on CD, DVD or videos.
How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach your account within 7 working days. Timing will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. Please note that any returns will be at the purchasers expense unless the product is faulty or has been sent by us in error.
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
